GDPR what is it?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force on May 25, 2018 in all member countries of the European Union. The Regulation imposes stringent obligations on the processing and management of European citizens’ data.
To whom does it apply?
The GDPR is a regulation that must be complied with by both companies based in the European Union and those that are based outside the EU but process and collect data from citizens of one of the 28 member states.

Speakers
The seminar is completely free and will be presented by speakers from the iubenda team. The legal part will be handled by Adv. Francesca Gatto.
Adv. Francesca Gatto is the Chief Legal Officer of iubenda. After graduating in Law from the Catholic University, Francesca began her career as a lawyer in leading international law firms in Milan, specializing in commercial, international and litigation law. After his MBA, he then worked at a major Italian investment fund before joining iubenda. Francesca is an expert in data protection law and online contracts.
