1. Definition of web design site with template choice

 

For the creation of a Template website we provide the customer with different templates to choose from, all made on WordPress, the currently most popular Open Source CMS (Content Management System) in the world. Each of these models has a different style, they are all already responsive (i.e. already adapted for the mobile view), and are customizable in some parts such as:

  • Insertion of the customer’s logo in the header, footer and any other site sections
  • Changing the colors of the various graphic elements of the site that can be coordinated with the corporate image
  • Customization of textual and visual content of internal pages

Once the preferred template has been identified, a first graphic draft of the homepage and some sub-pages is created, both in desktop and mobile format, which are then submitted to the customer for approval.

2. Definition of website menu tree and content creation

The structure of the site is defined together with the customer, which includes all the various sections / menu items, and the type of content to be included (texts, images, galleries, specific modules, etc.). On the basis of the menu items, the customer then provides the texts and images to be included in the site. If included in the selected commercial offer, the contents can be created by our Web Content Specialists.

Timing: 14 working days (to be confirmed based on the specific project)

 

3. Site IT implementation

Once the structure and contents have been defined, we proceed with the implementation of the site. At the end of this phase the website will be ready and it will be possible to proceed with the loading of the contents.

4. Content insertion

The Web Content Specialist proceeds with the insertion of content within the site, both in terms of texts and images / galleries, concluding this phase with a fine-tuning of all the details together with the customer.

5. Customer domain and email management

In order to proceed with putting the site online, it is essential to define the domain on which to upload it:

  • if already in the customer’s possession, a change will simply be made to the DNS of the domain, which will point to the server of the new site, in order to make it visible
  • if previously managed by another agency (or in other specific cases), it is possible to proceed with the transfer of the domain and the mailboxes connected to it directly on our servers
  • if not existing, Spada Media Group will identify some available domains and proceed with the purchase, always in agreement with the customer, with the possibility of activating dedicated mailboxes

6. Go online

Once the content has been entered, the website is put online with the customer’s approval. The timing for online publication is approximately 24 hours. In the event of a domain transfer, some temporary disruptions may be encountered in the functioning of the mailboxes and it is therefore necessary to identify the most suitable time for the customer to go online.

Timing: 1/2 working days (to be confirmed based on the specific project)

 

7. Basic SEO optimization

Once the site is online, a first basic SEO optimization is immediately started, reporting the new site to the main search engines (Google, Bing, Virgilio, Yahoo) and sending the Sitemap to Google (list of all the pages of which it is composed the site), but without guarantee of positioning. The Google Analytics profile related to the new site is also activated which allows you to monitor traffic, visitors, etc. in real time.

8. Customer training for site use

This service consists of a training meeting on the use of the content management CMS so that the customer can be autonomous in making basic level changes to the site, such as: updating the contents of pages, texts and images, videos and files downloadable, manage the navigation menu, news, photo galleries, contact pages, product catalog, store locator, etc. The course will be carried out by one of our Web Content Specialists at our offices or at the customer site for a total duration of approximately 2/3 hours.

Timing: after 5 working days from the online launch of the site (to be confirmed based on actual availability)

 

9. Continuous assistance service

Spada Media Group remains available to the customer even after the site has been put online with a continuous assistance service, aimed at solving any problems that may arise regarding the contents of the site or the domain/mailboxes. Assistance is accessible by email or by telephone by contacting the reference account directly, with a guarantee of response within 8 working hours of sending the report.

  • Account Manager: he is the reference figure for the customer and is responsible for managing all the operational phases necessary for the creation of a website, acting as an intermediary between the customer/commercial area/specialist.
  • Web Content Specialist: is a technician who deals with the creation of a website from a structural point of view, defining the tree and layout of the contents together with the customer; it also takes care of inserting texts and images, managing the domain and putting the site online.
  • IT technical team (UI/UX Designer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer): it is a team of specialists that deals with the creation of websites from a technical-graphic/IT point of view, able to create the latest generation sites that combine design and usability, always with a view to favoring navigation by users.
  • Copywriter: deals with the drafting of textual content for the website, which are built with an SEO perspective respecting some specific rules, maintaining an attractive style in line with the language/tone of voice of the customer.
  • Graphic Designer: takes care of researching and adapting images in web format, respecting the client’s brand identity and digital technical specifications.
