ORGANIZATION AND COORDINATION OF THE AWARD CEREMONY – MODERATOR SELECTION

Customer request

Organize and coordinate Imprese Responsabili awards event, manage logistics, timing and schedule of the event. Select an expert moderator in the field of CSR.

Performed activities

The Agency managed and coordinated all the organizational activities, from the management of the location, to the creation of the graphics and materials for communication and preparation up to the coordination of the event itself. Spada Media Group also dealt with the direction and lineup, the moderator’s proposal and the media partnerships. He also managed the preparation of the location with related logistics.

Results

The event had a great public success with more than 200 participants taking place in all its phases in a fluid way and respecting the expected timing. The moderator proposed by the Agency was highly appreciated by the public and by the Customer, above all for his skills in the CSR area

Dedica Anthology Experience

Requested service:

DEFINITION OF A CO-MARKETING BETWEEN A PROTOTONIST IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR AND ONE IN THE HOTELLERIE SECTOR, THE DEDICA ANTHOLOGY – CREATION OF AN EVENT – PROJECT COORDINATION – PHOTO SET-UP AND PRODUCTION

Customer request:

Identify a partner to support Tesla in the luxury sector and define a co-marketing agreement for the sponsorship of both protagonists. Objective: to promote the test drive service provided by Tesla and to organize an event/aperitif dedicated to customers.

Performed activities:

Spada Media Group offered a full day dedicated to both Tesla customers and The Dedica Anthology customers. The day was in fact divided into two moments: on one hand a Test Drive dedicated to DA Hotels customers and on the other an evening event/aperitif on the terrace, offered by the hotel to all Tesla customers. The co-marketing operation made it possible to communicate with the target audience for both parties.

Dacia Duster Hunter

DEFINITION OF EVENT CONCEPT – SELECTION AND CONTACT LOCATION – PROJECT COORDINATION – PHOTO AND VIDEO PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTION

Customer request:

Conceive a creative concept to promote a day dedicated to Dacia Duster Club Lombardia, sponsored by the client, Renord. Objective: organize an event entirely dedicated to the members of the Club and to promote the services provided by the client.

Performed activities:

Spada Media Group proposed a fun treasure hunt organized in the streets of Milan. Objective: to pass as many tests as possible, including social tests, on board of one’s Dacia Duster. A final prize is up for grabs: a free entry to Gardaland amusement park offered by Renord to the first 3 winning teams. The event then ended with a lunch at the beautiful Antico Borgo location in the city.

Results:

Over 100 participants were able to get in touch with the customer in an unconventional way, strengthening the relationship and the bond with the brand.

Monza #FuoriGP

STAND SUPPLY & ANIMATION

Customer request:

Set up of scenic stands in the center of Monza during the FUORI GP 2019 event linked to the F1 GP, this to strengthen its brand on the local territory by having direct contact with people outside the dealership context.

Performed activities:

Spada Media Group has created customized stands for each brand with entertainment services such as bar tenders, sports driving simulators and DJ sets; the national presentation of the new Mitsubishi L200 was also organized directly in the square.

Results:

The aesthetics of the stands impressed the public with very positive comments, moreover the animation activities registered an excellent turnout for the duration of the event. Many people asked for information on the cars displayed by the various brands requesting quotes and/or appointments at the dealership.
