What skills have you learned and improved during this internship?

Despite the closures and limitations caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the internship’s experience in smart working has allowed me to improve various skills, such as the ability to better manage different tasks and different customers, with a crucial eye on deadlines. The interaction with colleagues took place largely via digital, but I learned how important it is to maintain clear and correct communication with all team members.

Which experience/activity did you enjoy most?

I had the opportunity to interface with different tasks and I lived them as experiences from which I can learn a lot. In addition to the traditional press office activity, I particularly appreciated the opportunity to participate to the organization of some events, interacting directly with customers and suppliers, supporting colleagues and observing the management of the event in its various phases.

What did you discover about the world of work that you didn’t know before?

Above all, I discovered the importance of collaboration and clear communication between colleagues: in fact, by working in a team and setting operational plans to be respected, it is possible to facilitate and improve everyone’s activities. Setting deadlines is necessary, especially if you work from home and cannot constantly have direct contact with others.

Did the internship allow you to better understand what you want to do as your future work?

This experience gave me a good overview about company roles and dynamics. Having had the opportunity to try different activities, I think I have better focused my field of interest.

What skills have you learned and improved during this internship?

Thanks to this experience, I learned to organize work, giving priority to the most important tasks with closer deadlines. In addition, I also learned how to do a good press service. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I did not have the opportunity to live a fully experience office life, but all colleagues have always been very helpful towards me and giving me lots of advice to improve my work.

Which experience/activity did you enjoy most?

Every job that was assigned to me, I welcomed it as a chance to learn something new and grow professionally. I really appreciated the opportunity to translate in English the Agency’s website and the press office service for a client. This last allowed me to keep in touch and interview some representatives of hospitals and their respective press offices.

What did you discover about the world of work that you didn’t know before?

Mainly I discovered the importance of knowing how to organize the work in order to meet certain deadlines – even tight- and still be able to do a good job. Then, above all, I realized how important the comparison with colleagues and customers is: the impossibility of being able to meet in the office due to the pandemic forced me to interface with them almost exclusively via telephone and video calls. As a result, I had to learn to optimize these moments in the best possible way to learn as much as possible and be able to work independently without having to constantly hear from each other by continuously interrupting everyone’s routine.

Did the internship allow you to better understand what you want to do as your future work?

This experience has greatly helped me to clarify ideas about what type of work I would like to do in the future. Working in this sector is very stimulating and let you to be able to operate in an interconnected environment with other sectors, allowing you to always learn new knowledge.

What skills did you learn and improve in this training course?

Thanks to this experience my skills in copy editing have improved considerably. In addition, I learned with great interest how to create the structure of a web page and how to carry out an effective press office service.

Which experience/task did you appreciate most?

Every task that was assigned to me aroused interest and desire to learn. Completing the press office project for a multinational company, also participating in the final event, was truly stimulating. No less stimulating was the task of revising and inserting the elements that make up the page of a site. Starting from the basics is necessary to move alone.

What did you discover about the world of work that you didn’t know before?

Within the working world, you must always have a general picture of the situation in order to be able to act and obtain good results. The 360 ​​degree vision allowed me to complete the tasks independently and learn new working methods.

Did the internship allow you to better understand what you want to do in your working future?

The training internship allows you to clarify above all the environment in which you want to work. Thanks to this path, in fact, I confirmed the desire to pursue a career in a dynamic environment that caters to different sectors, so as to continually learn new knowledge and be able to have an all-round vision.

What skills did you learn and improve in this training course?

Without doubt, thanks to this path I have developed the ability to organize the work assigned to me, giving priority to the tasks with greater urgency. In addition, I also improved in stress management and team working.

Which experience/task did you appreciate most?

The collaboration at the event “Industrie Responsabili” was the most stimulating experience for me. The event held at the Lombardy Region not only allowed me to take a look at the corporate landscape focused on the issues of corporate social responsibility, but also to learn and get in touch with all the tools necessary to create an impeccable event. In addition, the opportunity to take online training courses was an essential opportunity to increase my knowledge of marketing and social media.

What did you discover about the world of work that you didn’t know before?

The responsibilities that have been entrusted to me have allowed me to grow professionally which I did not expect. In fact, this experience has allowed me to learn new working techniques especially concerning the IT field.

Did the internship allow you to better understand what you want to do in your working future?

I confirm my desire to work in contact with people. Furthermore, given the environment that I had the pleasure of finding in the agency, characterized by the great cohesion between the team members, I hope for a similar environment to work in peace.

Having always worked alone, it was important for me to learn the working methodology. The ability to work in a group and coordinate with other colleagues, in fact, are essential skills to best perform all the tasks and complete them, obtaining excellent results respecting deadlines.

Which experience/task did you appreciate most?

I was given the opportunity to present a graphic project to a client. Attending this presentation was rewarding. It was essential to observe and learn the complex dynamics between my employer and the client.

What did you discover about the world of work that you didn’t know before?

It was of fundamental importance for me to take part in the dynamics that take place daily within the agency with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

This experience has definitely made me clear in which field to specialize and in which areas I would like to direct my working future.

During my experience in the Agency I took part in creative brainstorming during which I was able to learn what the dynamics were during the process of stimulating, formulating and sharing creative, personalized and contextual ideas and ideas for customers.

Which experience / task did you appreciate most?

I find that my internship experience has been very formative from a professional and human point of view. What I still appreciate most is that, with the help of the whole team of Spada Agency and also thanks to the help of a young and dynamic work context, I was able to understand what my professional weaknesses were, thus starting a personal path to be able to face them and build over time a more mature professional figure.

What did you discover about the world of work that you didn’t know before?

During my experience I discovered how important customer attention is in an agency and above all how fundamental it is to be able to intercept in advance what their needs might be and what the appropriate means to satisfy them are. In Spada Agency I was able to personally test how a proactive and dynamic approach constitutes the basis of virtuous work.

Did the internship allow you to better understand what you want to do in your working future?

The internship helped me to measure myself against “the world of adults” and to understand which aspects i need to improve, regardless of my future career.
