Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, named after the composer Vincenzo Bellini, is the main airport in Sicily by number of passengers. It is located a few kilometers from the city center and mainly operates domestic and European flights. The facility has two terminals. Terminal 1 absorbs 89% of the total air traffic and companies such as Alitalia, Vueling, Ryanair and Wizz Air fly from there, the main destinations being Fiumicino, Linate, Malpensa, Venice and Bologna and a few foreign cities such as Paris. On the other hand, EasyJet flights depart from Terminal 2; the main destinations besides Italian destinations are London and Berlin.
