Phases of the project:

1. Start-up of the project

The start-up phase of the project involves the analysis and cleaning of the database on which the telephone recall will be carried out. The database can be provided directly by the customer or it can be purchased from specific platforms / publishers. For each name, the presence in the Public Register of Oppositions will be verified (register that contains the list of all the names who have officially requested not to receive advertising communications). In this phase, the timing of the recall is also defined.

2. Call script definition

Parallel to the database analysis, we proceed with the drafting of the script, that is the text of the phone call that the operator will have to make, taking into account all the possible responses of the users (e.g. no answer, to call up, not interested, interested etc.).

3. Training of telephone operators

Once the script and the timing of the activity have been defined, a training session for the telephone operators is carried out, both as regards the management of the call and for any product insights (if necessary, the session can be organized at the customer’s offices).

4. Start recall

The telephone recall is started according to the established times. In case of no response from the user, the operator will make up to 4 attempts before discarding the contact.

5. Reporting

Delivery of the report in Excel with the results of the activity

At the end of the activity, the final report is sent to the customer in Excel format with the details of the outcome of each call.

Account Manager: is the reference figure for the customer and is responsible for managing all the operational phases related to the telephone recall activity, acting as an intermediary between the customer/commercial area/copywriter/telephone operators.

Copywriter: takes care of writing the script for the phone call, respecting the specifications of the reference media and maintaining an attractive style capable of involving the end user.

Telephone operator: operationally deals with making the phone call to the end user, with a professional and proactive approach, and recording the outcome of each contact in the appropriate register.
